About
In 16 years of practice I have probably seen most presenting problems. I specialise in stress, anxiety and depression. Stress can contribute to other issues of chronic pain or illness like Diabetes, ME/CFS or Fibromyalgia.. I qualified with Relate and worked for them for 10 years so have much experience in relationships too. I work both online and face to face. It is very important to choose a therapist who you connect with and for this reason I offer a 15 minute telephone conversation or a 30 minute meeting in person to discuss your requirements
Most people believe that they have to live with chronic pain and illness forever. This is not the case. Great improvements and often total elimination can be accomplished. I am also specifically trained in exhaustive conditions (M.E, CFS, Fibromyalgia etc). and also Diabetes. Some insider knowledge was also gained from my own total recovery from pain!
Technology has changed our world and has changed the world of therapy. A proportion of my practice is conducted online using something similar to Skype. It is easier for people with chronic conditions to access the service from the comfort of their home. It saves on travelling , parking, organising babysitters.
