You might seem to be coping on the outside while inside things feel much harder than anyone realises. Perhaps you struggle with anxiety, self-doubt, low self-esteem, loss, or relationship patterns that leave you feeling unseen or not quite enough.
As a BACP-registered, person-centred and integrative counsellor, I offer a calm, supportive space shaped around your unique experiences and needs. Together, we can explore past experiences, untangle unhelpful patterns, and help you feel more connected, steady, and assured in yourself.
Therapy with me is collaborative, compassionate, and deeply human. I bring my authentic self into the room and understand how difficult it can feel to reach out for support. You do not need to have the right words or know where to begin — we simply start from wherever you are. And whatever you do bring will be met with warmth, acceptance and understanding.
I have over 16 years experience in private practice and 10 years supporting people with anxiety, low self-esteem, trauma, grief and loss, ADHD, and autism (diagnosed and self-diagnosed).
I offer a free introductory phone call or email contact with no pressure, simply a chance to see whether working together feels right for you.
