I am a clinical psychologist with 20 years of experience. I work with cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and other 3rd wave approaches (CFT, FAP). I am passionate about helping my clients through their recovery journeys. I have a holistic approach to treatment, taking into consideration emotional, biological, social and cultural factors that impact a person’s mental health. Treatment is tailored to meet clients’ goals and needs. I see adults of all genders and I have a special interest in women’s mental health: pregnancy, postnatal and peri/menopause.
Besides my experience as a Clinical Psychologist, I also have a background in neuropsychology and I offer medico-legal assessments. I have plenty of experience in supporting clients who have been through road traffic accidents, occupational accidents, concussions and other physical injuries.
