About
I am a clinical psychologist and neuropsychologist who offers cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), neuropsychological assessments, medico-legal assessments and I also work as an expert witness for the courts. I am passionate about helping my clients through their recovery journeys. I have a holistic approach to treatment, taking into consideration emotional, biological, social and cultural factors that impact a person’s mental health. Treatment is tailored to meet each clients’ unique goals. I have experience of working with children (from about 6 yrs old) up to any age in adulthood.
For people who are looking for emotional support, I offer psychotherapy (I work with cognitive-behavioural therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy). For people who are looking for an assessment of their cognitive functioning, I offer neuropsychology. I can also help those who need an expert witness report either for the court of for insurance purposes.
Maybe you are struggling with your mental health, worrying a lot, losing sleep, or feeling hopeless. Or maybe you feel like you could learn to do things in a different way and have better quality of life. Or maybe you’d just like to know more about yourself. Whatever the case, I am eager to help you!
