I’m a Clinical Psychologist dedicated to providing a collaborative and evidence-based approach to therapy.
I believe that meaningful change happens when people are supported to make sense of their experiences, recognise their strengths, and develop the confidence and skills to move towards the life they want to live.
I work with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing a range of emotional and psychological difficulties, including anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, and life transitions. I have extensive experience working with neurodivergent children, young people, and adults, including autistic and ADHDers.
I adapt my approach to recognise and build on each person’s individual strengths, needs, and ways of experiencing the world, striving to provide a neuroaffirming, supportive environment where clients feel understood, respected, and empowered.
