I have personal experience of OCD, which I manage well. As a therapist, I have been working in private practice with adults and young people with OCD over the last three years. I hold a level 4 Diploma in Integrative CounselIing and am registered with the BACP. I work via Skype and WhatsApp only. Assessments are charged at £85 and therapy sessions at £60.
I understand how incredibly stressful, exhausting and isolating it is to live with OCD. Intrusive thoughts can also bring a sense of shame and guilt, to the point where it may feel impossible to talk about them with anybody.
