Little Lighthouse Counselling supports children and young adults up to age 25 experiencing anxiety, low mood, stress, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, neurodiversity-related challenges, grief, or life transitions. Many come to us feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or struggling to cope. Our team provides a safe, compassionate and non-judgemental space where young people can explore their thoughts and feelings, build confidence, develop coping strategies, strengthen resilience, and improve emotional wellbeing through tailored therapeutic support.
We offer tailored counselling for anxiety, low mood, emotional regulation, self-esteem, neurodiversity, relationships, grief and life transitions. Our compassionate approach helps children and young people build resilience, confidence and emotional wellbeing to overcome life's challenges and become their authentic selves.
Reaching out for support can feel daunting, but you do not have to face challenges alone.
