I am an integrative psychotherapist working with couples, children, adolescents and parents. I help young people explore emotions through play, art and CBT approaches, a gentle, attuned space where children and teens can explore difficult feelings, develop emotional awareness and build healthier, more resilient ways of coping. I support parents, offering guidance, insight and practical tools to strengthen the parent–child relationship and navigate the challenges that arise.
As a couple therapist I help understanding the recurring cycles and patterns and create space for clearer communication and deeper understanding.
It is not necessarily our circumstances that provide us with challenges but how we approach them. Our past can be useful in understanding our present but it does not determine our future. I work both on developing your resilience and the capacity to cope with your challenges as well as providing you with the skills needed to turn them into opportunities.
I genuinely care about those I work with and I offer support in understanding patterns of behaviour, perceptions and interpretation which I believe can bring about a positive shift. I am transparent, I actively engage in the sessions and my aim is for you to personally benefit from our relationship. Just be you and we will work through the rest together.
