I'm a Relationship and Couples Counsellor because I believe - and I know from my own experience - that the impact of either a nourishing or a difficult, draining relationship affects our whole lives and how much we are able to engage with the world as our best selves. A crisis, an ongoing difficulty, or just loss of connection can make us feel hopeless and stuck and our sense of well-being is lost. Feeling hopeless with your intimate and sexual relationship can feel lonely and isolating. I will create a safe and unbiased space in which to explore what you are longing for and what is keeping you from having the relationship you want.
For couples, I'll help you understand the patterns of interaction between you and identify the triggers and obstacles that get in your way so you can make new choices. For individuals I'll help you ask the questions that will reveal what you bring to your relationships and help you reclaim your choice to be the partner you aspire to be.
I know how easy it is to feel stuck and hopeless when things aren't going well. I am happy to talk with you about anything that bothers you, both relational and sexual. Sometimes we need a third party to hold the hope for us while we make sense of things and discover what could be - and that is what I will do for you.
