Struggling with intrusive thoughts, shame, or feeling overwhelmed by your own mind? I specialise in working with intrusive thoughts, shame-driven anxiety, and emotional avoidance. You might find your mind latches onto distressing thoughts, leaves you questioning yourself, or pushes you to avoid feelings that feel too much to face. I also support people navigating relationship difficulties or the impact of loss. In therapy, we move at your pace. I offer a calm, non-judgemental space where you won’t be judged or overwhelmed. You won’t shock me by what you’re thinking or feeling.
I work with a variety of client issues so check out the rest of my profile. I am based in Leamington Spa. I am very much client led, so you are in charge of what is discussed in sessions, and I tailor your therapy based on your needs. I provide knowledge, techniques and tools to empower you and sometimes task with homework between sessions.
