I offer a calm, welcoming space where there's no rush and no judgement. Just time and room to talk, to breathe, and to start making sense of what's going on for you. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, feeling overwhelmed, carrying grief or loss, working through past trauma, or finding relationships difficult, including the one you have with yourself, I'm here to help you find some clarity and a way forward.
With years of experience, I work in a way that's personal to you by drawing on a range of approaches including body-based (somatic) work, so that what we do together isn't just about talking, but about helping you feel the difference in your everyday life too. You'll leave sessions with practical tools and a better understanding of yourself.
