Throughout my career I have been able to assist clients to identify and challenge negative thoughts, behavioural patterns and beliefs along with gaining self-awareness, self-belief and confidence. I am privileged to experience and witness a clients journey as they progress and make positive changes in their lives.
My integrative training means I can draw upon various theories of practice that works holistically to bring awareness of how making a positive change in one area of your life can improve many other areas too. I believe that by gaining self-awareness and understanding that we have the empowerment to change and find tools to maintain those changes.
