Trauma-informed counselling is a gentle and supportive approach that recognises the impact trauma and difficult life experiences can have on emotional, mental, and physical wellbeing. It provides a safe, compassionate, and non-judgemental space where clients can feel heard, respected, and supported throughout their healing journey.
I also offer Ecotherapy. This is a form of counselling that takes place outside, either sitting in a quiet spot within the park or 'walking and talking'. This a great opportunity to embrace the outdoors or connect with nature whilst having your counselling.
