I have over 25 years’ experience of working with individuals therapeutically on a 1:1 basis and within a group context. I offer a warm, non-judgmental, safe confidential space, we can explore any aspect of your life together, find meaning and facilitate change when necessary. I respect your individual autonomy, unique sense of the world and personal lived experience. No two people are the same and everyone’s experience is unique to them, my approach fits within this philosophy, I can be flexible and tailor the therapy to meets the individuals needs. Being a Psychodramatist enables me to also work creatively and spontaneously.
I am an Integrative Counsellor, UKCP Registered Psychotherapist, Clinical Supervisor, Qualified Psychodramatist and CFD Counsellor.
