Working with individuals and couples, I offer therapy for a wide range of difficulties, including intimate or family relationships, sexual concerns, trauma, depression & anxiety, grief, and life transitions. Warm and down to earth, I'm a qualified counsellor and psychosexual psychotherapist in training.
My experience spans NHS counselling, drug services, and working with neurodivergent clients and young people. I can support you to understand how past experiences and protective patterns shape the present, helping you to create meaningful, lasting change. An LGBTQ+ ally, I welcome all sexualities and relationship styles.
Our work is tailored to your needs. Together, we'll deepen understanding, honour the strategies that have kept you safe, and create space for greater choice, self-compassion and connection. Alongside talking therapy, I may draw on mindfulness, grounding, guided relaxation, body awareness and psychoeducation to support lasting change.
