Life can be hard, and you don't have to navigate it all alone. If you are feeling lost, anxious, sad, depressed or life is okay but you have a sense that there is something not quite right, talking with me may help. You may be feeling exhausted from trying to fit in, feeling too much, not enough or constantly misunderstood.. Maybe you are having difficulty enjoying life, suffering from recurring negative or intrusive thoughts, or struggling with relationships?...or parenting feels overwhelming? I’m a late-diagnosed AuDHD woman, whose own life experiences have inspired me to train as a psychotherapeutic counsellor.

However you are feeling or whatever may be happening, I will walk alongside you with empathy and non-judgment, noticing what your body may be communicating as well as your words, to ensure a pace and direction that feels okay.

Sessions are usually weekly and cost £60 however, I offer limited fortnightly sessions at £75, and I also reserve limited concessionary slots for students or those on low income. Fees payable in advance, payable by bank transfer or cash. I have a 48-hour cancellation policy.
