A genuine human connection is really important for me, and I pride myself on cultivating an authentic space, where you will be met with compassion and non-judgement. Sometimes talking to those closest to us is often not an option, or may not be available to you and it can feel easier to seek support from someone who is impartial to your day to day life.
I offer a sense of calm and encourage self-awareness and understanding, working collaboratively to explore your experiences - I want to get to know you, however you present.
I work with adults who are experiencing Grief, Low Mood, Anxiety, Family or Relationship issues, and low self-esteem. Perhaps you are feeling stuck or overwhelmed, or simply just need a space to unpack your thoughts, and that's ok too. Through my work at a local hospice, I have particular experience supporting people through Loss, Grief and Bereavement.
I work face to face from my private practice in central Horsham, and also offer online sessions UK Wide, via a secure video link or on the telephone.
