I have a passion for helping people navigate through life's challenges, and my practice offers a human and authentic space with a therapeutic approach centred around compassion and non-judgement. I provide the opportunity for you to bring and reflect on any challenges or difficulties you are experiencing in your life, no matter what they may be.

Individual counselling can help with Depression, Anxiety, Stress, Relationships, low self-esteem, low self-confidence, amongst many other life challenges. Through my work at a local hospice, I am also experienced in supporting people through the challenges of grief and bereavement, whether this is anticipatory or following the loss of a loved one.

I work face to face in a dedicated Counselling, Wellbeing & Therapy practice in the centre of Horsham, offering privacy and a safe space to relax and bring whatever is on your mind.
