Therapy can help you find your way back to yourself. I am a UK-based psychotherapist specialising in trauma and narcissistic abuse. I work with individuals who are in, or who have already left, abusive relationships and want to break trauma bonds, rebuild self-worth, and heal the impact of long-term emotional harm.
As both a trauma therapist and a survivor of domestic abuse, I bring professional expertise alongside personal understanding. I support clients with trauma bonding, coercive control, emotional manipulation, and co-dependency, helping you understand how abuse affects your mind, body, nervous system, and relationships.
Our work together is trauma-informed, compassionate, and paced to feel safe. You will not be judged or rushed.
