The issues that I mostly work with are sexual trauma and family relational issues. I offer a place where we can build trust to talk about the difficult times in your life. I offer a place to explore and understand your trauma, and I help you to consider the things you might need to move past the things that have happened to you.
Sometimes life feels hard, especially if you've experienced trauma, people sometimes wonder why can everyone else do it and not me? Sometimes people feel ashamed and scared of speaking out. I'm here to listen to you, we can take it at your pace and go slowly. Nothing you feel will ever be too much here, we can hold it together.
