I am a Consultant Clinical Psychologist with over two decades experience working with adults and children to maximise their wellbeing. I have worked in many different healthcare settings and have a depth and breadth of knowledge and skills working with all aspects of mental health (depression, anxiety, PTSD and dissociation). I have worked in learning disability for several years and assess LD and autism in adults.
I use a range of psychological approaches and models to suit the individual, including CBT and third wave therapies (ACT, DBT, CAT, CFT). I am also an EMDR Therapist.
My approach is one of compassion and curiosity. I provide a therapeutic space to help individuals identify and overcome barriers they are facing and work to enhance long term well-being and happiness.
