I provide both short and long time therapy I am a qualified integrative counsellor , which means I work with many different styles and techniques dependant on your need and what works for you as i see each person as a individual and my aim is to help you in the way that is right for you. I have a BA (hons ) degree in Integrative Counselling which has trained me in many different theories, skills and experiences. I have many years working in different setting of helping people .I have worked for various charities providing counselling for people with a varied presentation of life difficulties, including adults, young people and children.
