About
I am a highly experienced Clinical & Forensic Psychologist and accredited CBT Therapist with over 20 years experience working in mental health, as a clinician, academic, supervisor and trainer. I am an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society. I have developed a reputation for providing a quality service in the following areas: Assessment and intervention of mental health problems; Working with children, adolescents and adults; Working with complexity and trauma. I have a specialist interest in OCD and anxiety disorders.
I provide psychotherapy to children and adults of all ages for a wide range of difficulties. I am a BABCP accredited Cognitive Behavioural Therapist (CBT), but have also undergone training in Compassion Focused Training (CFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Psychodynamic Psychotherapy.
All intervention is formulation based, thus is tailored and targeted towards the client, depending on their presentation and need. I takes cases through self-referral, court's, solicitors and insurance angencies.
