I am a Chartered Clinical Psychologist specialising in burnout, intense anxiety, perfectionism and imposter syndrome. I have 20+ years of experience within the NHS, the Military and the independent sector and have a successful independent practice. I am passionate about helping clients move towards change, psychological health and wellbeing.
I am a specialist in working with high achievers and professionals who experience intense anxiety and burnout, often brought about by perfectionism, imposter syndrome and people pleasing.
