This may include helping you to process and integrate past trauma, to develop your self-compassion, to become more embodied, and to explore your relationships, including the one with yourself.
I know what it's like to feel overwhelmed, stuck, or alone, and I understand that it can feel difficult to reach out to someone for support, especially to someone you've never met, or if you've been used to dealing with things by yourself.
