Hi, I’m Linzi, a qualified, compassionate therapist in Hull, and I hope to have the privilege of hearing your story, and offering a warm, accepting, and safe space for you to feel heard and supported, and where you can truly be yourself.

Whilst I work from a humanistic, person-centred base, I also really value the benefits of integrating a range of other therapeutic models to support your unique needs, so I may also bring in inner-child or parts work, or tools, knowledge and techniques from various other therapeutic approaches, to tailor the support to truly fit you.
