The step towards therapy invites change. Welcome. I offer a therapeutic relationship grounded in compassion, respect, and honesty. I work with individuals, relationships, and young people. Locations Hamble and (Winchester-Monday Evenings) and online If you choose to work with me, I aim to be present, authentic, and empathically responsive, supporting a deeper awareness of your thoughts, emotions, and body. My approach is trauma-informed and rooted in a person-centred philosophy that respects your inner guidance, and recognises your experiences and context shape your world, and your perception. That nothing exists in isolation.

Whether in person, remotely, individually, in relationship counselling, in walk-and-talk (HAMBLE) or creative expression, mindfulness and EMDR. I offer a space to be seen more fully —beyond surface-level coping. I also work with an awareness of how adversity, marginalisation, and power shape your experience and relationships.

Recovery can take place only within the context of relationships (Herman). Starting therapy can feel uncertain. I will meet you with openness, respect, and empathy, working alongside you to develop a more embodied understanding of yourself. This can support meaningful change — including greater agency, self-compassion, and more authentic ways of relating.
