Do you feel you are stuck, anxious or overwhelmed? Perhaps you're struggling with adapting to an empty nest, experiencing conflict at work or dealing with ageing parents. I understand how crippling these feelings and anxieties can be. Reaching out for help can be hard, but you're in the right place.
I work with my clients to help them identify their resources and how best to use them. By listening to you and understanding your world I can support you through this period of uncertainty.
I offer face to face, individual sessions. Come and see me for an introductory session to see if I'm right for you. There is no waiting list and you don't need a referral. I have immediate availability. I aim to respond within 1 working day, occasionally, my emails go to junk folders, if you include a mobile number I can confirm when I have responded.
