Hello & Welcome. I often meet people when they are at a point in their lives where life is feeling a struggle and uncomfortable. Feeling overwhelmed, out of control and unsure how to deal with the uneasy feelings that are being carrying around. Anxiety, depression, low mood, lack of motivation, panic, family breakdowns, relationship issues or endings, betrayal and loss are some of the issues that can evoke these experiences. I provide a warm, down to earth caring environment for you to have space to speak, be seen and heard, without the fear of judgement. You may be looking to gain some understanding of what is happening for you.
We can work together to explore and unravel what is occurring for you right now. Through exploring and breaking down issues, we together, can make sense of and manage these uncomfortable feelings. We will work at a pace that is comfortable to you, until we reach a point where you feel more fulfilled and in control.
