I provide a warm, down to earth caring environment for you to have space to speak, be seen and heard, without the fear of judgement. You may be looking to gain some understanding of what is happening for you.
We can work together to explore and unravel what is occurring for you right now. Through exploring and breaking down issues, we together, can make sense of and manage these uncomfortable feelings. We will work at a pace that is comfortable to you, until we reach a point where you feel more fulfilled and in control.
