If you struggle to fall asleep, can't stay asleep, wake up too early or wake up feeling unrefreshed, then I can help you. I studied insomnia at the University of Oxford and started helping people with their sleeping problems at Trouble Sleeping in 2006 with CBT-I. I take a thorough medical and sleep history to discover why you aren't sleeping well, and then I suggest specific tailored cognitive and behavioural changes to help you to overcome your sleep issues. I am also the author of the self-help sleep book, Navigating Sleeplessness.
I am a sleep specialist with a Doctorate in Insomnia, as well as degrees in Neuroscience and Psychology. I am often asked to comment on sleep issues on TV on the radio. I am a Chartered Psychologist and Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society, a member of the British Sleep Society and the American Academy of Sleep Medicine.
I offer a free initial 15 minute telephone consultation so that you can see if my services are right for you. I see in person clients at my clinic in Wokingham, Berkshire and online. You can follow me on all social media at "DrBrowningSleep".
