Hi, how are you? Are you feeling stressed, perhaps a little depressed/low mood, or suffering with low self esteem, fear or issues such as anxiety ( including generalised anxiety disorder) anger? I am a qualified and experienced counsellor and I work as a Humanistic, Person Centred Counsellor. Using an Integrative approach, this means that my practice is influenced by a collection of approaches. Using techniques from CBT, Humanistic,Psychodynamic therapies means that I can tailor your counselling sessions to suit you.
I am warm, open and genuine. I have the strength, courage and empathy to be with you, while you explore your feelings and experiences that have shaped your life.
