I provide psychological services for clients with depressed and low mood, anxiety, low self-esteem, appearance-related distress, gender challenges, life transitions, chronic health conditions, work-related stress, relationship and intimacy-related difficulties and the complex challenges of parenthood. I work with early childhood trauma and attachment difficulties. We will work together to bring about sustained positive change, meaningful growth, improved emotional well-being and more fulfilling relationships.
At the centre of this, is working towards developing a healthy and integrated relationship with yourself and others.
I specialise in providing psychological services to individual adults, couples and parents. My approach is integrative, person centred, psychodynamic and relational and aims to support the unique needs of each client in the journey towards emotional well-being and integration.
