My name is Linda Mafuta and I am an Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist. I have experience of working in the mental health services for over 17 years and I have been working for the NHS over the last 10 years as a Counsellor. I work with Individual adults as well as Couples. Sometimes we may feel alone, overwhelmed or just struggle to discuss what is going in our lives with our family, friends or loved ones.
