I am a therapist with 24 years experience. My passion and speciality is couples therapy. I offer a free consultation to see if we are a good fit and then my charge is £67 per session. Couples will inevitably have problems and suffer disillusionment. This is normal and not a sign that your relationship is doomed. Therapy with me will help you increase your knowledge about yourself, your partner and the patterns of interaction between you. We will explore past hurts and the emotions connected to them, to help us understand the problems you may be having today.
I will help you apply this knowledge to break ineffective patterns and develop better ones. You will be able to identify the type of partner you want to be and the type of life you want to build together. When a relationship is at breaking point it can seem as if separation or divorce is your only option.
Talking through your problems together with me can help you get to the heart of your conflicts and come to value each other’s beliefs and feelings. If a separation is in your best interest, therapy can make that transition constructive rather than destructive, both for you and your children if you have them.
