I offer an integrative, holistic, down-to-earth mind & body approach to therapy: Integrative Yoga Psychotherapy, a pioneering therapy model grounded in neuroscience, mindfulness, breathwork and somatic therapy. I also draw from a variety of approaches, as appropriate for you, guided by your preferences and the relational dynamics of our work.
I work across a wide spectrum of mental distress, including complex trauma, compulsivity, problematic porn use, anxiety, depression, emotional challenges, relational and identity crises. I am currently undergoing training in Compulsive Sexual Behaviours and Sex Addiction, and I offer a reduced rate whilst I complete my training.
As an integrative therapist, I use all my training and expertise to help you live in a more conscious and embodied way to get to the root of your problems, not just manage symptoms.
