Im a very intuitive therapist, i feel and sense someone before they sit down. I am confident in using tools to support and hold you while you find your way to answers you may seek. I am an eclectic counsellor that means i take from various disciplines to find ways to help and support you. I am very creative and think in that realm, so i often find creative ways are a good medium for working on difficult issues.
I do not judge even when some issues can be hard to hear. I am very open minded and offer some where safe, confidential and supporting for you to find peace with your lives. Sometimes, you may only need a couple of sessions plus some tools to practice. Other times on going support is needed, what ever you need you can be sure you will find it with me
