Although I have trained in a diverse range of therapies I specialise in IFS (the official training from the institute), Somatic experiencing(3year) and trauma work. I hold space in an empathic non judgemental way. I am hear to listen to support and guide you through these issues building awareness and healing. I work for Khiron Clinics Harley street facilitating group and individual therapies.

I mostly focus on using Internal Family Systems Blended with Somatic experiencing and sensory motor psychotherapy. Working with a cross section of clients I have experience and training working with gender, relationship and sexual diversity so provide LGBT+ affirming therapy. I am specialised in complex trauma treatment.
