I specialise in working with professional women and LGBTQ+ clients(looking at systemic/legacy oppressions), as well as people who feel drawn to an embodied, relational and depth-oriented approach. Many of the people I work with are living with the impact of trauma, complex trauma, or long-standing emotional patterns. I have particular experience supporting survivors of sexual abuse and sexual violence, alongside clients navigating anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, family and relationship difficulties, bereavement and loss, identity-related distress, shame, chronic stress and dissociation.
I work using a blend of Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Somatic Experiencing, supporting healing through both mind and body. Therapy focuses on building safety, nervous system regulation and a compassionate relationship with your inner world, allowing greater choice, self-trust and lasting change.
Seeking support can feel vulnerable, especially if you have spent a long time coping alone. I work at your pace, with care, curiosity and respect for boundaries.
