Hi, and welcome. My name is Leann, and I am an Integrative Counsellor.
Starting therapy can feel daunting, especially when life feels overwhelming. At times we can find ourselves stuck in unhelpful patterns or carrying burdens that have become difficult to manage alone. You may be unsure where to begin or how to put your thoughts and feelings into words. My role is to provide a safe, supportive space where we can explore the issues that have brought you to counselling, at a pace that feels right for you.
As an Integrative Counsellor. I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches to help tailor our work to your individual needs, recognising that no two people experience difficulties in the same way.
Currently I work with clients aged 16 and above, experiencing a wide range of challenges including anxiety, trauma, low moods and relationship issues.
