I can help clients to free themselves from limiting mindsets and negative patterning by exploring early history and wounding. This makes space for clients to explore their deeper potential and begin to create a life they truly love. I work with individuals, couples and groups. I am also a senior faculty member at the Institute of Psychosynthesis where I teach psychotherapy students.
I am trained in Psychosynthesis psychology which looks at the whole 'Being' and not just the personality. This type of therapy uncovers how our history and experiences may be getting in the way of our present lives and how to unravel that. I also offer transformational coaching programmes for those who wish to explore their full potential.
