Many people I work with have spent years searching for answers their bodies and minds couldn't quite put into words.

I work integratively, adapting therapy to each person’s needs. My research explores how sophrology can enhance person-centred counselling to reduce emotional and physical pain in fibromyalgia. I use sophrology-based techniques where helpful, alongside trauma-informed support.
You don’t need to carry it on your own. I will meet you where you are, with care and compassion. Awarded Trauma-Informed Counsellor of the Year 2026, I offer therapy in Nottingham and online across the UK and Europe, in English or French. Please get in touch.

The group counselling focus on Traumas and PTSD offers you a safe, confidential and supportive setting where you can talk openly about your trauma(s) and the effects of this trauma(s) in your day to day life. It is a place where you can learn and share coping mechanisms to cope with unwanted behaviour, be listened to, improve your relationship skills, receive acceptance, empathy and support to not feel so alone and isolated.
