Welcome my name is Dawn and I am an Accredited Member of the BACP . This means that I have met or exceeded the requirements stipulated by this organisation, agree to work to their ethical framework and to take the steps needed to ensure that the therapy I offer is safe and of good quality.
I work with adults, children, & young people and couples. I have particular experience in supporting children, young people and adults with neuro-diverse, such as those with ADHD or ASC. I offer short-term support or longer-term therapy, together we will find an approach that works for you.
You're unique, and your counselling should be too! That's where integrative counselling comes in. I can tailor our sessions to what works best for you. Some days, you might need a listening ear. Other times, you might benefit from more structured techniques such as CBT, TA, solution-focused therapy, or a more creative form of therapy.
I am here to walk beside you, whatever path you're on. Perhaps you're grappling with anxiety, mourning the loss of a loved one, or simply feeling out of sync with yourself. These feelings?
