Welcome. I'm Jurga and I am glad you found your way here. Life Notes is a clinical psychology practice where I offer EMDR, specialist assessment, and individual psychological therapy for adults in Sheffield and online. This is an inclusive space. My approach draws on a range of evidence-based methods, shaped by my formal training in Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy and EMDR, but guided above all by the person in front of me, and their story.
Every person brings a unique story to therapy. Whether you are navigating trauma, emotional or relationship difficulties, neurodivergence, or seeking deeper self-understanding, my approach is collaborative and tailored to you. Whatever the approach, emotions sit at the heart of the work: accessing, understanding and moving through what has felt out of reach.
