I am an Autism and ADHD specialist counsellor. I work with trauma, abuse and anxiety and with ND couples where one or both clients are ND. All sessions are in confidence, without judgement and tailored to your individual needs. Within sessions I work with you to achieve your goals and to help you through those tough times. Working together we explore today’s issues as well as past ones. By doing this we can get a complete understanding of your concerns and how to manage them allowing you to move forward.
My role as a counsellor is to help you to explore what is going on for you. Whether it is communication in a neuro-typical/neuro-diverse relationship or for day to day support with ND as a family member or an individual struggling with the challenges of ND. Or if it is for living with and navigating the complex issues of anxiety, trauma, grief or abuse.
I will be there to support you through your journey. I have the professional and familial experience of the challenges faced with Anxiety and autism/ADHD and the difficulties that come from communication. This has given me strength and knowledge to give you strength to live, not just exist. Your journey, your pace and your future.
