I have experience working with a wide range of ages from 13 - 70+ with various issues including, bereavement, loss, relationship breakdown, stress & anxiety, employment issues , family problems, bullying, low self-esteem, Couples Counselling, low mood, & depression. Fully qualified & offer a warm welcome to counselling & talking therapy.
The majority of my clients say that they feel better after a few sessions & they feel that they have a greater understanding of themselves & their personal situations.
