I have +4 years experience helping clients to overcome anxiety, stress and burnout and I’m also a Highly Sensitive Person. I've been practicing mindfulness for over 10 years to find greater balance and reduce stress in my day-to-day life. I have personally overcome numerous experiences of burnout and I am passionate about helping others to do the same.
