I am an integrative counsellor with a foundation in the person-centred approach. I offer therapy in English and Russian, tailoring my work to each individual's needs and circumstances. My areas of interest include identity, neurodivergence, cultural transitions, the impact of childhood experiences, and the experience of living between different cultures.
