Every experience shared is an opportunity to feel less alone. It is my firm belief that every person has the power within themselves to make choices and changes, take ownership of their lives, and determine the direction they wish to head. My aim is to promote empowerment, personal change and growth, and provide a non-judgemental space for clients to progress at their own pace. I have both personal and professional experience of working with neurodiversity and I welcome this - as I welcome people of all backgrounds - into my practice.
I have four years of training in Transactional Analysis - a psychoanalytical approach which centres on the belief that we each have the power within us to make a positive change to our lives. I specialise in working with anxiety, autism, ADHD, trauma, loss and stress, in addition to a wide range of issues. I offer both short and long-term sessions.
Many things can bring someone to counselling - a past or present life event you'd like to worth through, or perhaps you're seeking time and space to gain perspective on an aspect of your life or of a significant relationship.
