Hi, I'm Mike, a counsellor near Rotherham with over 20 years of experience. I know that life, people, even some of the things you yourself do can be frustrating. Emotional reactions can get the better of you and then comes regret, overthinking and blaming. It's quite normal in such situations to mask that you're struggling. But if you're ready to tell someone what happened in privacy, find creative ways of navigating life's challenges, or form some kind of plan, I might be just the right person to talk to.
I provide a calm, quiet space to think clearly and see what's going on. Talking freely with a supportive person like myself can grow your sense of self and help you regulate emotions. So, I will listen attentively, offer feedback, and effectively work with you for as long as you wish.
