Hi, I'm Mike, a counsellor near Rotherham with over 20 years of experience. I know that life, people, even some of the things you yourself do can be frustrating. Emotions can get the better of you and then it's patently obvious you're not being yourself. You may even start to believe you're stuck, leading to depressive thoughts. However, if you're ready to try something new, tell someone what happened in safety and privacy, or form some kind of plan, I might be just the right person to talk to.
I provide a calm, quiet space to think clearly and see what's going on. Talking freely with a supportive person like myself can bring back your sense of self, helping you get back on track. So, I will listen attentively, offer feedback, and effectively work with you for as long as you wish.
