Libby Webber is not currently accepting new clients.
People often come to therapy unsure of what their goals are, knowing that things aren’t right and that life could be better if only those things were different. Whether you’re looking for therapy as an individual or as a couple - I work with both - I believe we all have the potential to change and grow, and that sometimes what is needed to start the process is a different perspective from someone with a fresh pair of eyes and ears.
I work with individuals and couples to build self awareness, resilience and compassion for self and others. I offer a confidential space where you can safely talk about your difficulties and explore new ways of relating to yourself and your loved ones. I don’t set out to ‘fix’ you but to help you discover your own capacity for personal growth and change.
I work with couples on a wide range of relationship issues and with individuals looking for one to one support. If you’d like to discuss your requirements in more detail then please drop me a line or call me to arrange a free, no obligation phone call to see if we’d be a good fit for working together. I’d be happy to hear from you.
